Fire of God
Our "Fire of God" Youth Group is for students in 6th thru 12th grades, and meets every Wednesday from 7:00 pm until 8:15 pm in the “FOG” Youth Room. Designed with our young people in mind, the room contains a lounge area, pool table, and basketball hoop to name a few. It also contains its own band stage where our musicians lead our youth into the presence of God through worship.
We teach our youth the importance of prayer by taking time to focus on the prayer needs of others, helping them to develop a bold and active prayer life by lifting up one another’s needs. We teach the importance of worshipping Jesus by putting it into practice in our meetings, supporting our church vision of elevating worship in all age groups. Our youth are taught the Word of God through various means including Bible study and special speakers. They are taught practical ways to apply God’s Word and Christian living in our homes, schools and daily interactions with others.
Our Fire of God Youth Group has a fantastic team of dedicated leaders who are committed to supporting our youth as they live out their faith in today’s world. We encourage personal growth in the Lord and developing Godly friendships.
